Pleasant

Location and availability of food deliveries to the location. Shopping center nearby.

Having a single pillow and the shower door was removed. It made the entire bathroom floor wet and slippery. That explains why the bathroom door looks dirty. They offered water kettle in the room and coffee cups but no coffee or tea condiments in the room available. The free breakfast drink is just coffee or tea. The free breakfast has no food selection offered. Automatic white rice; egg over easy and 2 slice of ham from a can.

Overall the stay was satisfactory .

Its was ok , No selection from the menu, just a set breakfast.

I have stayed here twice. The hot water in the bathroom is not hot enough to have a comfortable shower.

Nice but a little bit dull .

The bed is extremely comfy , in fact excellent . Bathroom is very nice too and free shampoo and soap. Location is good , about a ten minute walk to JMall , a 100 peso taxi ride to IT park buses also go past and you can go to Parkmall . About 30 mins the airport.

Its a little bit dull and dark , a bit like visiting an old relatives house , Theres not much really to do there other than sleep , Sadly no view just a brick wall. I had to pay more than the advertised price , they hit me for an extra 100 , the lady said they were not included charges. I did notice they have a sign up saying 1500 inc breakfast , that was less than the amount I paid here.

absolutely pathetic to call this is a hotel

nothing

card key not working, safe key not working, hot shower not working, old towels, fridge is empty and useless, no breakfast, noisy Aircon window type, no soap, no tooth brush, no slippers, no coffee facilities, no tissue, no essentials at all in the room. booked double beds but get two single beds! the hotel empty the staff declare is fully booked which false, with above they refused to extend checking out by 1:30 hours. absolutely pathetic and very unsatisfactory. keep away from this hotel.

The place is so dark, honestly it was like a haunted hotel. It’s a lonely place and the lobby was so dark even the hallways. I booked the place because in the pictures it looked really nice but in actual it’s completely the opposite.

Disappointing

Location was nice and clean towels.

My room had more bugs living in the room I had to fit them off the whole stay, refrigerator work when it wanted to work, only given 1/2 roll of toilet paper the whole 4 day stay, no coffee, tea, sugar, or hot pot to heat water had to beg for a hot pot to use to make my own purchased coffee, shampoo and soaps provided we're not the best, TV had issues.

가드가 택시는 열심히 잡아줌

지저분함, 침대이불에 다리 피부가 닿은지 15분 만에 알러지 증상으로 뾰루지 3,4개 올라왔음, 방에 냄새가 심해서 창문 열어놓고 자야 했음, 무료 와이파이 라고 했지만 첫날 저녁에만 와이파이가 되었고 나머지 날들은 불가능 , 급히 받아야 하는 메일이 있었서 프론트데스크를 하루저녁에 5~6번 내려갔다 올라오고, 호텔직원도 2번 정도 올라 왔으나 끝내 불가능. 와이파이 아이디 및 패스워드 발급도 잘못했다고 말하고 돌아서자 뒤에서 직원이 욕하는 것 같은 소리가 들림. 여기 오니 내가 이상한 사람이 된것 같음. 에어콘 낡아서 소리 심하게 나고 그나마 작동도 안되어 수리담당 직원이 두번이나 올라와야 했음. 아무리 세부라지만, 돈 버는 것도 중요하지만, 이런식의 운영은 정말 문제가 많음. 내생애 최악의 호텔. 다른 숙박객들까지 불쌍하게 보일 정도.
